By attending “The Culture of Curves Fashion Show,” you irrevocably consent to being taped, filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded whereas your image, likeness, voice, conversation, statements, appearances, and any performance of any musical compositions(s) may be used in and in connection with productions of any kind in any manner whatsoever, including the exhibition, advertising, promotion, and exploitation thereof throughout the universe in perpetuity (and irrevocably) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
